Our work builds the capacity within individuals to engage effectively in dialogues of multiple perspectives. This leads to the creation of communities and organizations imbedded with cultural Intelligence.
Since 1995, coAction has provided Diversity and Communication trainings throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and the United States.
We are a collaborative of highly trained and experienced consultants and facilitators committed to providing the awareness, knowledge and skills to empower individuals to create communities of equity and inclusion. Over the years, our clients have demonstrated to us the tools, experiences and conversations that shift paradigms, open hearts and minds, and have lasting power. Now after 12 years, we have honed our trainings and retreats to better enable people to traverse differences through skillful communication, work with and learn from conflict, and join in building working cultures that integrate all aspects of their members' identities.
